Community First Care is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with the community to provide disadvantaged individuals with medicaid pooled trusts and a trusted representative payee. Our goal is to raise awareness of the need for a representative payee as well as medicaid pooled trusts and gather participants, particularly individuals with disabilities, and Medicaid recipients facing large spend downs to qualify for Medicaid. We provide individuals with the opportunity to preserve their monthly income for living expenses while maintaining a qualifying status for public benefits such as Medicaid, SSI, ect.
